At Agriden, we aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. This delivery timeline is an estimate and delays are possible due to supplier issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once the order is processed, standard delivery times are:

  • India: 5-7 business days
  • Other countries: Variable based on location

Weekends and holidays can impact delivery timelines. Business days refer to Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information when available. Tracking details can be used to view updated delivery status and estimated arrival times.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages. The full order will typically arrive within the 5-7 business day timeframe, though part of the order could arrive sooner.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient availability issues, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt delivery the next business day. You may also contact the carrier to arrange alternate delivery options like picking up at a local facility.

 

Rural Delivery

Standard delivery timelines could be longer for rural addresses that require additional transit time. Contact us if your delivery is delayed more than 10 business days.

International Shipping

For international orders, delivery time can vary widely depending on destination country. Duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other border processes can impact arrival times as well. Contact us for estimated timelines if shipping internationally.

Refused Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders that are refused upon delivery. Please verify all items before placing an order and provide accurate delivery information.

Damages or Errors

Please inspect packages upon delivery and note any visible damages or open boxes. Contact us as soon as possible if you believe your order is damaged or incorrect so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Expedited Shipping

If you need a delivery faster than our standard timelines, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited shipping can lower transit time by several days in some cases.

Tracking Down Late Packages

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
